Paul Mackey
has over 20 years of experience in organizational performance consultation
and strategy development as an internal consultant with the Government of
Canada. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator , a member of
The International Association of
Facilitators and Vice President and Treasurer of the
Organizational Development Network of Ottawa Outaouais Paul combines a
deep understanding of strategy development with practical management
experience. He has provided strategic advice to senior management, planned
and delivered large scale organizational events and projects. A sought after
facilitator, he has helped numerous groups and teams to move their strategic
agenda forward.
Paul has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, a BA( Economics) from Trent University, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (UBC) He also a graduate of teacher's college (Ottawa). Paul served as co-leader of the Program Committee for the 2003 Global conference of the International Association of Facilitators.
